He owns a lovely sweater shop near the outskirts of the fashion district. But as you can see by his own attire, he makes ugly sweaters and other attire. However, numerous famous fashion critiques have been found in his shop, which in turn gives his store popularity as well as a new outlook for city goers.
Although many come and go through his store, he only reserves hie unique designs for those who he believes wears them the best. If one may happen to acquire the one-of-a-kind sweater from him, it can resell for thousands in the underground bizarre.
Douglas knows of Jake through his mother, which he gave one of his unique designs to. He also helped Pox in the past by coating his entire attire with a lead-like substance, allowing him to interact more with his friends without endangering them in a close radius. (Note that this does not allow Pox to be in direct contact with others, just near by. If he were to come in close contact such as hugging or holding hands, the other person is at serious risk of radiation poisoning.)
As with his store, it is a maze of colors. Many have gotten lost within it before, so Douglas had signs built in and gives maps to newcomers. His building is about two stories high, but his building is also linked down to the train station, a side route of the underground bizarre. As such, he installed a high-ranked security system so his collection won't be stolen. Now people find other means of going to the bizarre instead of going through the store or near it.
